Developing leaders in healthcare today is complex, critical and requires new thinking in our collaborative,
partnership world. Debbie is involved with LEADS in a Caring Environment, a new leadership capabilities framework
developed for healthcare. She co-authored Engage Others, one of the foundational research domain papers, is a LEADS Certified Consultant, core faculty for a learning series
of workshops on LEADS for the Canadian College of Health Leaders. With Erna Hagge, she is creating a new edition of
their book Tri-namics: Leadership Wisdom for Healthcare to be published by Deberna International later in 2011.
